ComScore, Mobile Enterprise Preparing Analytics Tools

By Doug Caverly

A mobile messaging campaign can be a mighty thing, causing consumers to either love the convenience of getting info on their cell phones or curse a company due to data charges. Now, a partnership between comScore and Mobile Enterprise will help you better tell which way people are leaning.

Also, "The power of messaging, which is pervasive as a medium and commerce solution, requires the highest level of accountability for measuring effectiveness."

So nifty new analytics tools are on the way that should, while determining the effectiveness of a campaign, also protect consumers from different types of fraud and spam. This ensures compliance with different countries' laws and might also help consumers embrace a given company's offerings.

And even if people don't appreciate that extra feature, the tools are still supposed to help companies fine-tune their advertising, of course. Look for sales to improve (or at least savings following cutbacks to occur) as a result.
